A counselor for the ones who hold it all together.

I'm Kayleigh Supak, M.A., LPC Associate — a licensed counselor and the founder of Rooted Path Counseling in Polk County, Texas. I'm supervised by Kelly Rice, LPC-S, and I hold a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

As a practitioner I'm warm, approachable, and honest. I work best with women who are quietly overwhelmed — the ones holding it all together while wondering if there's more. Together we slow down, make sense of the noise, and rebuild from the inside out.

My work is person-centered: you are the expert of your own story. My job is to walk beside you as you become the fullest version of yourself.

The people I serve best.

Every counselor has a sweet spot — the people they can meet most fully. Mine is women, teens, and college students who are outwardly capable and inwardly exhausted. If you're used to being the strong one, the responsible one, the one who has it together — and something inside is asking for more — you're in the right place.

You look fine. You are not fine. That's exactly the person this work is for.
